A software package for computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine simulation and optimization has been enhanced for the latest release. Vericut 6 gives manufacturing engineers greater ability to simulate the entire CNC machining process in order to achieve better results and reduce the time spent in programming and machining. Users can view and configure multiple setups in a single session and can simulate machines with multiple synchronized tools, spindles, and auxiliary attachments; to allow this, the system’s virtual machine is organized into subsystems synchronized to operate together seamlessly.
