Many life sciences applications require precise temperature sensing and heating. The company’s multisensor platform chip combines several platinum thin-film structures, such as temperature sensors, heaters, and electrodes, on one platform substrate. The sensors and heaters ensure precise temperature control while the electrodes are capable of detecting the presence and morphological changes of adherent cells. The platform configuration can be customized to suit specific applications. A gas-sensitive layer can be added to convert the chip into a gas sensor.
