PTFE Tubing

Extruded PTFE tubing can be used in harsh environments. The tubing is suitable for protecting wiring and transporting fluids where a chemically inert and nonflammable material is required. Plain, corrugated, and convoluted styles of tubing are offered extruded from TFE, FEP, and PFA to achieve varying degrees of flexibility and kink resistance. The tubing operates within a temperature range of –450° to 450° F. Plain sizes are available in 0.010 to 1.25 in. inner diam with varying wall thickness. Corrugated and convoluted types come in 0.25- to 3-in. inner diam sizes, with plain or cuffed ends.
