Sanbor Medical Opens New China Production Facility, becomes FDA Registered
Allentown, PA, October 27, 2005 — Sanbor Medical today announced that it has opened a newly constructed 120,000 sq. ft. production facility in Xiamen, China and quickly achieved FDA Registration of the site. Sanbor Medical is a leading contract manufacturer of medical devices and box builds, printed circuit board assemblies, plastic molded parts, custom cables, and other mechanical and disposable components for the medical device industry
The new building has a controlled environment for the production of medical device assemblies and components, and provides the space and conditions suitable for an FDA Registered company. This development follows achievement of ISO13485 certification that Sanbor attained earlier this year.
