QosinaÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂî Plastisol Reinforced Y Connector
Qosina is pleased to announce expanded production capabilities for one of our most popular components, Part #81460 - Plastisol Reinforced Y Connector. The connector is 2-3/8" (60 mm) long and has a bottom stem internal dimension of 1/4" (6.3 mm). The internal leg dimensions are undersized to insure a tight fit for OD tubing sizes of 3/32" (2.3 mm), 1/8" (3.1 mm), 3/16"( 4.7 mm) and 1/4" (6.3 mm).
Made of USP Class VI liquid PVC resin, the plastisol connector has a durometer of 64-70 Shore A. The beneficial feature of this universal connector is that it can be cut at various intervals to connect with assorted tubing sizes.
Qosina offers plastisol connectors in various sizes and configurations. We can create custom plastisol components to fit your requirements. Plastisol dipping can be implemented to create custom adapters, caps, connectors and other additional components. Custom multi-port Y connectors can be molded with as many as six ports to meet your design needs. Prototypes can be manufactured economically.
