Oliver Products' New X-hale™ Header Bags Deliver Better Flow and Greater Strength
Oliver Products is pleased to announce the addition of X-hale™ header bags to its line of medical packaging products.
X-hale™ header bags take advantage of Oliver’s patented DotCoat® adhesive process to produce header bags that use 50 percent less Tyvek® to generate 100 percent better flow, yet reduce sterilization cycle times.
In addition, X-hale™ ULLDPE header bags are 50 percent stronger than competitor products.
Medical device packaging produced using Oliver's proprietary DotCoat® process has distinct advantages over competitor's comparable products. Besides the superior and consistent seal created by the DotCoat® adhesive process, Oliver header bags offer exceptional porosity, enabling optimum air/gas movement during sterilization, with faster dissipation of odor and degassing after sterilization. As a result, Oliver header bags are ready to be shipped much sooner after sterilization than competing bags.
X-hale header bags also feature:
