Millipore's OEM Products Group Announces its Membrane Selection Guide for Filtration Applications
Billerica, Massachusetts — August 15, 2005 — Millipore today announced the availability of its Membrane Selection guide, an easy-to-use chart for microporous filter materials. The company's featured prefilters, naturally hydrophobic and hydrophilized membranes are used for a variety of applications including gas venting and liquid filtration.
The publication features a performance characteristics table highlighting pertinent performance criteria for the company's broad range of mixed cellulose ester (MCE), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polyether sulfone (PES), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UPE) membranes.
