Combining two disciplines, Metal Cutting Corporation, manufactures products made from a combination of mechanical machining using abrasive technologies and electro-chemical enhancement for shape and finish. These products push the traditional limits for holding tight tolerances and delivering burr-free products. Tolerances in the microns can be achieved and surface finishes of 1 microinch are possible. Metal components in tubular and wire form can receive this treatment and the resulting products can be used for a wide variety of medical device, biotechnology and IVD applications.
