When You are Assembling Life Saving Devices, Precision and Reliability Come First
NORTH CANTON, Ohio – This is why the medical products industry chooses Liquid Control's patented PosiDot® valve. The PosiDot represents an engineering breakthrough with its ability to meter, mix and dispense small shots from 0.005 cc's to 5 cc's while maintaining precise ratio and shot size repeatability.
The PosiDot is ideal for bonding canulas, sealing blood filters, potting electronic diagnostic devices and assembling life assist devices including pacemakers, drug delivery systems and other implantable units. The PosiDot can handle low to paste viscosity materials and ratios from 1:1 to 25:1.
Capturing all of the benefits of Liquid Control's rod positive displacement metering technology, the PosiDot valve also eliminates problems with cleaning and potential hardening of material in the valve. All "A" and "B" component mixing takes place outside of the valve in a disposable Posimixer® motionless mixer.
PosiDot valves are available in a variety of standard configurations complete with a PLC controlled logic panel. They can be provided with either pneumatic drive or optional programmable electric stepper drive motors. A host of optional features are also available to handle any two-component resin system.
