The World's Smallest Solenoid Valve
The Lee Company's new Series 120 Solenoid Valve is an ultra-miniature, magnetically latched solenoid valve, featuring high performance flow switching characteristics. Weighing just 300 mg, the valve requires only a momentary 1 ms pulse to switch the state (+5 VDC to open, -5 VDC to close) and is ideal for compact battery powered pneumatic applications such as air piloting, lab automation (lab-on-a-chip) and other power-sensitive OEM flow switching devices. The Series 120 Solenoid Valve is only 0.12" O.D. x 0.40" long and features reliable bi-stable performance and quiet operation.

Offers Multiple Micro-Dispense Options
The Lee VHS Series Micro-Dispense Valve is now offered in multiple porting configurations, allowing a broad range of micro-dispense options from a single valve. The VHS Series Micro-Dispense Valve is a high-speed, two-way solenoid valve designed for applications that require microliter and nanoliter dispense volumes such as high-throughput screening and drug discovery. With 062 MINSTAC® port options, the VHS valve allows simple, compact, leak-proof connections to 0.062" OD Teflon® tubing or direct coupling to Lee 062 MINSTAC nozzles. These nozzles can be removed easily to change the dispense range.
The VHS valve is available in 4 standard seal materials and 2 operating voltages (12 and 24 vdc). Special drive circuits and starter kits are available for lab and prototyping work. New Press-In Check Valves Designed For Plastics
The Lee Company's new CCPI Series Press-In Chek® is a miniature cartridge-style check valve specifically designed for installation into plastics. Now available in 2.5 mm, 5.5 mm and 8 mm diameters, Lee's Press-In Chek features a robust barbed design. This unique design allows easy installation, provides retention and prevents any by-pass leakage around the valve. Each valve is 100% tested for flow, leakage and cracking pressure to ensure consistent long-term performance.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Press-In Chek is offered in a range of cracking pressures from 0 - 72.5 psid and is compatible with most fluids.
New 2.5mm Lee Press-In Orifice for Gases
The new 303 stainless steel Lee IMH Orifice is an economical, reliable, highly accurate miniature flow restrictor. This new orifice is 100% flow tested to ensure that every part is within +/-5% of its nominal flow rate. Because the entrance and exit conditions of the orifice are closely controlled, the orifice provides far more accuracy than an orifice specified by hole tolerance.
Specifically designed for installation into plastics, this new IMH Orifice features a unique, barbed design that provides easy "press-in" installation, ensures retention, and prevents any bypass leakage around the orifice.
