Miniature OEM Diaphragm Pumps with 316SS, Aluminum Heads for Critical Applications
KNF's miniature air & gas diaphragm pumps are now available in 316 Stainless or Aluminum heads for critical applications such as higher corrosion resistance or where low outgassing is desired. A PVDF-coated diaphragm is planned for early 2006 for even better corrosion-resistance capability. Featuring up to 1.5 L/min capacity using the BLDC motor, the model NMP015 pump generates up to 18 in.Hg vacuum or 13 psig for use in medical instruments, chemical diagnostic analyzers, air samplers. A choice of DC, ironless core, and long-lifetime brushless DC motors provide OEM design versatility. It is ideal for use in portable instruments where compact size, low current consumption and reliability are necessary.
