IDEX Medical manufactures medical device components with medical- and implantable-grade materials such as PEEK™ and PEEK-OPTIMA® for use in applications such as orthopedics, cardiovascular, neurology and interventional radiology. In addition to a Class 100,000 clean room facility, IDEX Medical offers bonding, forming, swaging, foil marking, annealing and other assembly operations plus engineering design review and contract manufacturing of high quality, tight tolerance parts. Our universal presses have a press capability of up to 55 tons and we can fill small features down to 0.006".
