G&L Precision Die Cutting Announces New Class 10,000 Cleanroom
San Jose, CA – April 5, 2007 — G&L Precision Die Cutting is expanding their manufacturing facilities with a new Class 10,000 cleanroom. Loren Alberico, president of G&L Precision Die Cutting, Inc., commented "With our new cleanroom we can further meet customers' needs for a controlled environment with extremely low levels of contaminants. It's ideal for wound care products, electronics, and medical devices requiring sensitive manufacturing environments."
G&L Precision Die Cutting is a converter offering tight tolerance and high speed rotary die cutting, slitting, multi-layer laminating, and flexographic printing services. In addition to its cleanroom and open manufacturing facilities, G&L has a dedicated dry room for manufacturing with controlled temperature and humidity levels held as low as 14% R.H.
Complementing its manufacturing services, G&L offers full subassembly support from components to finished devices. As specialists in the IVD industry, G&L handles nitrocellulose, absorbents, conjugates and other sensitive IVD materials, supplying semi-finished or finished cards, and even finished test strips.
