Brady Medical Solutions Releases an In-Line Vision System

Brady Medical Solution's in-line vision systems, an alternative to manual inspection methods, offer fully automated inspection solutions that increase efficiency, decrease cost, and allow precise levels of defect detection. Typically used in applications where measurable features must be inspected in-line, vision systems can be effectively mounted on die-cutting machines. Systems contain a camera and sensors – the camera element measures critical island-placed layers, while the sensors check for slug removal. Parts deemed "out of spec" are marked with an inkjet printer.
