Avicenna has advanced its laser welding processes to a new level of miniaturization and precision. Avicenna's "micro" welding process achieves sub .004" spot welds of disparate metals; attaching platinum coils, electrodes, and machined components to copper, nickel, and nitinol conductors and core wires as small as .003" diameter.

Avicenna supports OEM design with free prototyping, and supports volume manufacturing with kanban, vendor managed inventory, and consigned supply programs.
