API Expands Pet Heat Shrink Tubing Line Again with Smallest Sizes Ever; Offers Broadest Range of Small Diameter Tubing in Industry
In response to market demands for extremely small tubing for more torturous anatomy uses, Advanced Polymers, Inc. has added up to 20 new sizes, VERY SMALL DIAMETER (0.008″ to 0.020″) PET heat shrink tubing to the firm’s already broad line of in- stock, strong, thin wall offerings. Quantities as little as 25 feet in length available for immediate shipment. Samples are available upon request.
With this latest offering, Advanced Polymers, Inc. now lays claim to having the broadest line of extremely strong PET thin wall heat shrink tubing on the market today. Now, more then 325 stock sizes are available in diameters up to 1″, and in wall thicknesses from 0.0002 to 0.004 inches. They are available optically clear, white, black or in transparent colors, with all sizes imprintable.
The new small sized tubing is designed and manufactured for products used in applications which must be minimally invasive, need to be used in smaller passageways or in more torturous anatomy (as in cerebral surgery). Company officials note that, these new sizes can be used as is, or can be heat shrunk at very low temperatures, with ideal shrinkage in the 5% - 20% range.
