Gapless Radial Compression Mechanism Available in New Stent Crimping Machines

A new line of stent crimping equipment is based on a radial compression mechanism that operates with no gaps between the crimping dies. Unique, proprietary die kinematics of the Zero-G™ mechanism keep the plastic dies in contact with each other, resulting in a gapless mechanism with a very large range of opening diameters. A variety of complete systems are available for crimping and loading self-expanding stents or for crimping balloon expandable stents.
