CLIVE JAMES DEPARTS POINT TECHNOLOGIES TO JOIN MORTON BOWEN

BOULDER, CO, February 12, 2007: Clive James, former VP, Business Development of Point Technologies, Inc. has left the company to join a manufacturing company, Morton Bowen, Inc., as President & CEO.

Morton Bowen is a supplier of precision components and sub-components specializing in: surface enhancements and heat setting of specialized alloys including NiTiNOL; small prototype and production runs; and project management. Under Angiotech Pharmaceuticals ownership of Point Technologies, Mr. James had been responsible for Business Development as well as the facilities rationalization plan, which re-distributed operations from Minnesota, Colorado and Massachusetts, and relocated Point Technologies’ manufacturing to Costa Rica.

Prior to joining Point Technologies, Clive was Senior Project Manager for the UTI Star Guide Colorado division, now Accellent, and was responsible for establishing UTI’s Star Guide’s European operation in Galway, Ireland, and brining on board UTI Micro Guide’s operations from Tehachapi, CA.
