Dana S. Waterman

Aylward Enterprises LLC (New Bern, NC) has appointed Dana S. Waterman its new chief executive officer. With more than 20 years of experience leading systems development and manufacturing companies, Waterman most recently served as CEO of Alemite LLC. Says Waterman: “John Aylward decided to bring some business partners into the company to support the development of the next generation of new products and bring the company to the next level. Working together with John, we plan to focus on growth opportunities that continue to provide cutting-edge solutions to our key customers.” John Aylward, who founded the company in 1978 and has led the company since its inception, will now devote his full attention to developing innovative products. Allan J. Peccatiello, who has handled business and financial matters for the company since 1978, will continue with the company as CFO.

Kurz Transfer Products L.P. (Charlotte, NC) has appointed Anthony Furtado as technical service representative. With more than 17 years’ experience in the printing industry, Furtado will help customers in the Western United States and Canada integrate stamping foils into their applications.

Larry Sterna

Enercon Industries Corp. (Menomonee Falls, WI) has added two regional sales managers to its team. Ryan Schuelke will manage induction sealing system sales in California, Washingtom, and Oregon, while Larry Sterna will run sales efforts in New England and Quebec. New to Enercon, Schuelke currently serves as acting vice chair of associate members of the Closure Manu-facturers Association. Sterna has served as inside sales manager for Enercon for the last several years.

Marc Le Rouvillois has been named quality director for Valois Pharma, a manufacturer of spray, aerosol, and dispensing systems. He will optimize the quality systems in place at Valois Pharma sites around the world. “My profile is fairly atypical,” says Le Rouvillois. “I have navigated between quality and production on several occasions. The way I see quality stems from that duality.”

Steven D. Smith has been named vice president, operations, for Filmquest Group Inc. (Bolingbrook, IL). Filmquest is one of the largest converters of polyester film.
