Reciprocating Placers

Vacuum Conveyors

Vacuum conveyors feature an enclosed design for hygienic and safe transport of powders and granules in manufacturing or processing environments. The C-series of vacuum conveyors feature pneumatically driven vacuum pumps that enable the conveyors to transport 10–15 tons per hour. The filter is designed to trap particles down to 0.3 µm. It can be equipped with a high-efficiency particle arrestment (HEPA) filter. StretchCard Package

A contract packaging company offers packaging designed to be theft resistant and easy for consumers to open. That package design starts with a transparent film that is stretched over the product, ensuring correct product orientation and providing almost complete visibility at the point of purchase. On either side of the film is cardstock that features printed information such as the product name and ingredients. Label-Removal System
A company offers an optional label-removal system on its pressure-sensitive labelers. Both the Auto-Colt III and Model 334 charger can feature the optional system that is designed to eliminate defective labels being applied to bottles. Traditional label systems apply all the labels that are on a roll and subsequently reject bottles with defective labels. The removal system is designed to detect defective labels prior to application and then transfer the defective labels to a separate roll. Pouch Band Sealer

A continuous band sealer is designed to offer verification ports for complete, visible validation of medical pouches. The rotary band-sealing system features larger heating and cooling zones than previous models for faster sealing of difficult material. It can seal pouches at up to 40 ft/min. Heavy-duty, wear-resistant, lam- inated Teflon bands are used to make hermetic seals 1¼- or 3¼-in. wide. The sealer can be positioned over existing conveyors. It also features an adjustable stand.
