Lloyd Baroody |
Lloyd Baroody has been appointed chief operating officer of the PharmaDesign group of companies (Warren, NJ). PharmaDesign is in the midst of an expansion and diversification project through its One World Design and Manufacturing operations in New Jersey and China. Baroody was previously CEO of Clinsys, a contract research organization that he cofounded.

Marty Mosbrucker and Linda LaFleur

LDS Assembly Systems (Leominster, MA) has appointed Linda LaFleur as executive account manager for change parts and Marty Mosbrucker as change parts manager. Both were previously with IMA Nova. LaFleur will be responsible for tooling-customer care throughout processing and completing orders. Mosbrucker will be responsible for day-to-day operations, process improvements, and product development for the tooling and change parts department. LDS offers machine upgrades and rebuilds of slat fillers and cottoners as well as pharmaceutical line integration, engineering, and design services.

Stuart Norton-Collins |
Stuart Norton-Collins is the new business development manager in the UK for DataLase (Widnes, UK). He will be working to forge partnerships with existing and potential customers of DataLase’s labeling technologies. He most recently worked as a key account manager for the Southwest division of Rigid Containers Ltd.
Ed Malatesta has joined Anderson Packaging’s sales team as senior account executive. He has more than 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical contract packaging. Though the company is based in Rockford, IL, Malatesta will work out of an office in Basking Ridge, NJ, and will service accounts in the Northeast.
