Dermik Laboratories (Bridge-water, NJ), a business of Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC, has chosen a pump for its BenzaClin Topical Gel (clindamycin 1% - benzoyl peroxide 5% gel). The product is also available in 25- and 50-g jars.

According to the company, BenzaClin is the number one prescribed and refilled topical combination acne treatment and is the only clindamycin/benzoyl peroxide gel that is FDA approved for both inflammatory and noninflammatory acne lesions. BenzaClin is the only combination acne treatment available in a pump form.
