Ron Douros has been promoted to director of quality assurance at James Alexander Corp. (Blairstown, NJ). He will be developing, implementing, and leading all quality assurance activities for the company. He will also be responsible for ensuring the company’s regulatory compliance as well as developing and implementing standard operating procedures. Douros served as the company’s director of operations for the last 10 years.

Tubed Products LLC, a subsidiary of Berry Plastics Corp., has announced the promotion of James Farley to divisional vice president of sales and marketing for Berry Plastics. He was previously vice president of sales and marketing for Tubed Products. He will be responsible for all rigid closed-top business units, including focusing on the overall growth of the division’s product lines in addition to working closely with each business unit’s sales organization.
