Todd Swartz has joined INEOS Films (Delaware City, DE) as its commercial engineer. He will provide technical support and product development for the company’s entire United States blister market and will have commercial responsibility for the Midwest.
Harpak Inc. (Easton, MA) has hired Jim Ryan as its president of sales. He has more than 20 years of experience in packaging and processing equipment. The company has also announced that it has promoted Kevin Nolan to senior vice president. He has been working in the packaging industry since the 1950s.
Michael J. Lynch has joined Multivac Inc. (Kansas City, MO) as director of sales for the company’s medical, consumer, and industrial division. Lynch will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, fostering client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities for the division in the United States and Canada. He has more than 16 years of experience in the plastics and injection molding industries.

Kevin O’Donnell has been named technical manager for Thermosafe Brands, a division of SCA Packaging North America. O’Donnell will provide technical analyses and support for the company’s account managers, ISC Labs test personnel, and customers. He will also assist in designing and developing new products. O’Donnell is a founding member of the Parenteral Drug Association’s Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Discussion Group.
