A company manufactures a double-chamber, ready-to-use syringe designed to prevent sensitive drugs from degrading while in a lyophilized state. One chamber of the Lyo-Ject holds the lyophilized substance, while the other chamber contains a solvent. The two substances are mixed immediately before application. This is designed to ensure a long shelf life as well as easy handling by the end-user. It also ensures higher yields for the active product ingredient and dosing precision. Single-Use Swabs

A manufacturer provides a premoistened, single-use swab package featuring its proprietary snap-open design with an applicator filled with a customer's liquid, gel, ointment, or cream. The Pro-Swab's sanitary, mess-free package is available in 4- and 5-in. sizes, with capacities ranging from 0.25 to 2.5 ml. The swab stem is made from either polypropylene or polystyrene. The applicator tips are available in rayon or foam or custom designs. The manufacturer can accommodate viscosities between 1 and 7500 cp. Some modification to customers' chemistry may be required to achieve ideal viscosity or wetting characteristics for use with the Pro-Swab. Each swab can be labeled with customer-provided artwork, including date and lot number. The company can also provide secondary packaging.
