A precision dispensing equipment manufacturer has launched a new Web site to
better serve its packaging customers. The new site has been designed to allow
users to find information faster and more easily. A featured-product section
contains links to the company’s newest adhesive dispensing products. The
packaging systems section focuses on traditional packaging, specialized applications,
or cold glue dispensing and verification. Another new section on service and
support gives customers access to product manuals, AutoCAD drawings, and product
software downloads. In addition, a quick-links page provides easy viewing of
adhesive-material suppliers, packaging machinery manufacturers, and industry
association Web sites.

A manufacturer of reflective- technology products has redesigned its site to
make it easier for viewers to research and download information. The new site,
which features a special packaging page, now includes an expanded section on
product applications, improved functionality, and enhanced on-line capabilities.
The site also has a new product/application search capability and an updated
news database. A newly added news feature contains information on the company’s
current events and new products, as well as general industry news. Downloadable
files are also available on each page.

A company has unveiled a new site for plant managers, process engineers, and
material-handling managers. The site features birds-eye-view illustrations that
depict where advanced PAC systems and equipment are installed in converting,
plastics film and sheet manufacturing, and label manufacturing facilities. In
addition, the site includes several case studies of actual installations. The
studies highlight each step from infeed to inline cutter, fan, and air-trim
separator. The Web site also provides details, photos, and downloadable literature
on the company’s state-of-the-art components and range of custom options
such as static eliminators, sound-attenuation devices, and dust collectors.
