HIBCC recently completed renovations on its Web site, adding to its user-friendly format. The changes ease navigation and increase the amount of information available. The upgrades include drop-down menus and the addition of new pages. The site is designed to provide an overview of HIBCC’s role in the health industry as an international B2B standards development organization. It houses information on all areas of HIBCC standards and services, including electronic data interchange, bar code labeling and automatic identification standards, universal numbering systems, and databases of provisional identifiers.

The site offers information about the company, its capabilities, facilities, equipment, and operation. Information is also provided about the wide array of products the company has been producing for more than 75 years, such as labels, inserts, outserts, patient information booklets, lidding, pouching, and other specialty materials. The Web site offers a link to an FTP site for secure transfer of art and electronic proof approvals.

A guide to robot systems integrators is now available on RIA’s Web site. The new on-line resource includes an alphabetical listing of RIA system integrator members with detailed company profiles and contact information. The systems integrator section can be found in a drop-down menu from the Link button located on the left side of the site. RIA highlights the on-line integrator section in regular issues of its free biweekly electronic newsletter. This on-line reference guide is an extension of RIA’s printed Robotics Industry Directory, which now has a section called “Users Guide to Robot Systems Integrators.”
