Automatic units apply labels at a range of speeds.

Model 3114
A high-speed tamp-blow labeler offers advanced features, such as an enhanced two-line digital display featuring automatic label setup, automatic speed following (ASF) for accurate application through extreme changes in product speed, zero-downtime labeling, and a large R3 digital display. The Model 3114 is engineered to deliver speed, accuracy, and ease of use. Problems caused by missing labels on a roll, such as unlabeled product, double-labeled product, or missing lot and expiration codes, are virtually eliminated by the advanced product/label queuing and missing-label compensation. A rotary bottle labeler is equipped with three dispensing heads for the high-speed orientation and labeling of oval-, flat-, and round-shaped glass, plastic, or metal bottles. A PLC machine management system guarantees consistent, reliable performance and reduced maintenance, according to the company. The infeed star wheel maintains a constant flow of bottles to the scroll. There is an automatic stop in case of overload. Twelve upper control heads with adjustable heights center bottles and provide stabilization during transport and labeling operations.
