Charles M. Fleischman is president, COO, CFO, and a director of Digene Corp. (Gaithersburg, MD), which produces proprietary DNA- and RNA-testing systems for the screening, monitoring, and diagnosis of human diseases. He is also the managing partner of Armonk Partners, the founding shareholder in Digene. Before joining Digene, he was associate director at Furman Selz, a New York– based investment banking group focused on emerging-growth healthcare mergers, financing, and operations.

Glen Paul Freiberg is vice president for regulatory, quality, and government affairs at Gen-Probe Inc. (San Diego), which produces nucleic acid–testing products used for the clinical diagnosis of human diseases and for screening donated human blood. He has previously worked as an investigator for FDA, and has held industry positions in areas regulated by FDA centers covering drugs, biologics, and devices. He has also served as the industry representative on FDA advisory panels for immunology, clinical chemistry, and toxicology.

Jerrold S. Seeman, Esq., is president and CEO of Luxcore Ltd., a U.S.-government-registered marketing agency whose clients include the Luxembourg Board of Economic Development, among others. He is an attorney and senior corporate communications and public affairs counselor, and specializes in developing and implementing communications programs for healthcare companies undergoing transition. He also advises government officials and management, and executes positioning strategies for national economic development, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, financial transactions, litigation, and community and labor relations.
