Oliver Medical Moves to New Dutch Facility

Oliver Medical has responded to growth in its European business by moving to a 1600-m2 facility in Venray, Netherlands.

Medical packaging provider Oliver Medical bv has moved its European manufacturing operations to a larger facility. The move, from a 600-m2 building to a new 1600-m2 facility in Venray, The Netherlands, will allow Oliver Medical to continue to provide pouch and lidding capabilities in a Class 10000 clean room environment, while accommodating future expansion. The company plans to add slitting and flexographic printing capabilities in the future.

“The expansion is in response to the continued growth our Venray facility has realised,” says Rutger van Dooren, managing director. “The new location will allow us to better serve our growing customer base in Europe and beyond with countries including India and Israel.”

Oliver Medical has provided medical device manufacturers with sterile-grade packaging materials, including roll stock for form-fill-seal applications, pouches and lids, for more than 30 years. The company serves customers in more than 40 countries from the ISO 9001:2000–certified facility in Venray and a 13950 m2, ISO 9001:2000–registered facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA.
