Leader Tech Inc. (Tampa, FL), a manufacturer of EMI shielding products for circuit boards, electronic enclosures, and interconnect cables, has expanded its Global EMI Shielding Technology Center. The center features a custom-designed press department to provide clients with the flexibility to create custom shielding products using standardized manufacturing methods. The center's added manufacturing capability is meant to meet demand for the company's Slot-Lok board-level shields as well as demand for custom services. Leader Tech’s shielding products protect enclosed electronics from electromagnetic interference, and the firm plans to develop similar capabilities for standard and custom precision beryllium copper shielding products. Leader Tech has also added staff to its technical sales team.
