China Trade Show Draws a Crowd
More than 5500 OEM buyers attended the inaugural MEDTEC China exhibition and conference September 13–15, 2005, at the China High-Tech Fair Exhibition Center in Shenzhen, China. The exhibition included medical OEM suppliers from around the world.
MEDTEC China received support from both U.S. and Chinese sources. MD&DI’s sister publication, China Medical Device Manufacturer (CMDM), sponsored the show. CMDM is a quarterly Chinese language publication.
“MEDTEC China provided our member companies access to the vital information and world-class suppliers they need to meet the sharply growing demands of China’s healthcare marketplace,” says co-organizer CAMDI’s Chairman Jiang Feng. “We are proud of the show’s success.”
The show’s success has prompted organizer Canon Communications to announce plans for two MEDTEC China shows in 2006—June 21–23 in Shanghai and November 7–9 in Guangzhou. For more information, visit www.medtecchina.com.
