Sterling SilverThere’s more than gold glittering in the 2003 Medical Design Excellence Awards. Meet the silver award winners.
As we do every June, in this issue we have dedicated a substantial portion of our contents to coverage of the Medical Design Excellence Awards. Beginning on page 53, you can read the stories of the 12 products that won MDEA gold awards. We think you will agree that this special section of the magazine makes for enthralling reading.
Our one regret is that we have only enough space to tell the stories of the gold award winners. If we could, we would devote as many pages to the silver award winners, whose stories are equally compelling. The reality of magazine production, however, overrules us on this matter. Instead, these superb products and their makers are listed on pages 69 and 71. We have also dedicated space in our column this month to photographs of these products.
