The Resolve-It kit is designed for applications in which multiple DNA species of similar size need to be separated before subsequent excision and analysis. The kit contains two ligands: AT-Yellow and GC-Red. Each ligand allows two identically sized DNAs to be resolved when added to the agarose during gel preparation.
