Products

KNF micropumps set the standard in miniature diaphragm pump technology. Our minipump designs represent a new generation of pumps from KNF. Designed using CAD/FEA methods, they permit us to optimize a standard pump to meet exact designer needs. KNF’s liquid pumps now include miniature, long-life solenoid metering pumps, logic-controlled pumps and dosing pumps for use in medical devices and analyzers.

Recent Developments

KNF announces the release of its latest vacuum pump, the N920. This revolutionary pump provides high flow at near-maximum vacuum, the region where traditional diaphragm pumps have the most significant reduction in performance. It achieves up to <1.3 m3/hr pumping speed and a rapid <1.5 mbar abs. ultimate end vacuum.

Its newest addition to the OEM micro-diaphragm liquid pump line is the FMM20.This is a solenoid-driven diaphragm pump designed to dispense accurate, factory-set volumes of 20 µlit/stroke, and is field-adj. from 5–25 µlit. Featuring quiet operation, 250 million stroke lifetime, and flow-tight in both directions, it offers a choice of manifold mounting, hose barbs and threaded ports.

Services

Just as our standard pump designs evolved, so has our ability to optimize their performance, which is why KNF products today offer unrivaled efficiency and performance. Because of our experience with materials of construction, mtor types and modifications, we can build a pump to fit the designers exact needs AND save money.
