BBI's OEM Lecture: Ensuring Robust Manufacturing for today's Lateral Flow Assays

BBI knows all about the techniques essential to the delivery of routinely manufactured tests requiring accurate and comprehensive data, and we would like to share our knowledge and expertise by inviting you to our OEM Lecture at this year’s AACC. The lecture is being held on Wednesday 22nd July at 12.00 noon, in Room S-402b and everyone is welcome.

Using examples such as Lattec's Herd Navigator to illustrate the importance of robust manufacturing due to the quantitative nature of the test, Morag Leaver, BBI's Technical Development Manager will advise upon:

  • Raw materials – Reagents, nitrocellulose membranes, and controls
  • Lamination and cassetting – Jigs and registration points to ensure accuracy
  • Conjugates – Stable and controlled conjugate spraying
  • Nitrocellulose coating – Visualisation for accurate line width and positioning
  • Robust manufacture for reader-based systems

We look forward to seeing you at the show. For a scheduled appointment with our technical or account management teams, please contact us at info@bbigold.com or telephone +44 (0) 29 2074 7232.
