Q. How do I register?

A. Please fill out our registration form. After you submit this form, a verification code will be immediately e-mailed to you. Once you receive the code, you will be able to verify your account and begin using our site's special member features.

Q. I'm still having registration problems. What's the deal?

A. There are two steps to creating a free user account at Medical Device Link: 1) Fill out and submit the registration form. 2) Follow the instructions that are e-mailed to you in order verify your account. If you still encounter problems, e-mail feedback@devicelink.com.

Q. How do I update my contact information, like my e-mail address?

A. It's easy to update your user profile. Just fill out the "Modify User Record" form.

Q. I can't find my password. How can I retrieve it?

A. If you lose your username or password, simply e-mail feedback@devicelink.com and we'll send you the information.

Q. How do I get my company listed in your directory?

A. Fill out the submission form for the appropriate directory or directories:

Q. How do I modify my company's listing in your directory?

A. To update your company's profile, click here then log in using either your personal MDL account or your company's username and password. The new contact information will be sent to our staff for review prior to posting on the site.

Q. How do I submit my company for consideration on your links pages?

A. Links are provided as part of our basic advertising package. For details, e-mail our Digital Media sales group.

Q. Is there a charge for listing my company in your directory?

A. We only charge for listing your company in the consultants directory. Basic listings in all other directories are free.

Q. Where can I find a list of all the medical device manufacturers in the US?

A. Medical Device Register provides a comprehensive directory of medical device manufacturers on the web, in print and on CD-ROM.

Q. How do I find a particular supplier?

A. Visit our directories page and search for a supplier within one of our directories. You can also browse for companies by name or by category.

Q. How do I find information on a particular medical device?

A. Try searching our Web site and magazine archives for information on particular medical devices.

Q. Is there a self-help guide to device regulation?

A. Yes. It's called Device Advice, and you'll find it on the CDRH Web site.

Q. How does Search work?

A. DeviceLink's search is powered by Google (tm). You can use our Google search to find articles published in our magazines, suppliers listed in our directories, news stories from the last 30 days and information on our industry tradeshows

Q. How do I submit an article for publication on DeviceLink and/or in one of Canon's print publications?

A. We're always looking for new, innovative content to give to you, our readers. Please e-mail our editors with your article ideas. Also, check our editorial guidelines for more information.

Q. How do I order copies of older magazine issues?

Q. How can I post my resume on your site or submit my resume to companies?

A. Post resumes using our automated interface in the CareerCenter. You will be asked to complete a free registration form in order to use the CareerCenter. Registered Medical DeviceLink users can access the site by using their current username and password.

Q. How do I post job listings to your site?

A. If you are a registered employer in our CareerCenter, you can post jobs to the site through the Employer Administration Area or by contacting sales. Not registered yet? Visit the CareerCenter to join.

Q. I'm a recruiter and I want to search your resume database. How do I do this?

A. Please contact sales for information.

Q. Why can't I see detailed job descriptions or apply to jobs in the CareerCenter?

A. If you aren't registered or logged into the CareerCenter, you will not be able to view detailed job descriptions or apply to jobs. Simply register and/or log in to access these features.
