Effective January, 2007, the Transportation and Security Administration (TSA) reminds all U.S. citizens that they need a passport to travel by air to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean islands as well as all other foreign countries. In addition, all carry-on liquids and gels must follow the 3-1-1 rule: 3.4-oz or less/container may be stored inside one quart-sized, clear plastic bag—one per passenger. O.BERK Company offers many translucent PET and HDPE bottles in 2- and 3-oz as well as a variety of closures: screw tops, disc-tops, pumps, and sprayers. They may also be used to provide sample and amenity products to the tourist marketplace: hotels, resorts, spas, etc.

TPC’s certified biodegradable compacts and lipstick cases are derived by extracting Polylactic Acid (PLA) from the renewable resource-corn. PLA is an earth-friendly concept. PLA product has virtually the same physical properties of plastics and yet maintains the benefits of being friendly to the environment. PLA is the first viable Packaging material made from corn; it is biodegradable, compostable, and recyclable. Testing has demonstrated that PLA material will degrade within 1~5 years in landfills, but petroleum based PET bottles will not.
