The P3K vision gauge was developed for accurate measurement of micro-devices in a production environment. It is equipped with a telecentric lens which yields a resolution of 0.00039”.
Customizable reporting feature producing pass/fail results in any combination of part measurement criteria. The P3K supports a wide range of measurement units including inches, mils, microns, and millimeters. It can read angular measurement in degrees and radians. Data collection capabilities include automatic statistical computation, average, median, standard deviation and CpK. Zooming, detailed diameter and length measurement are displayed on a 19" high-resolution flat panel display. Built on granite base for stability and accuracy.
