SatPax® 550 presaturated cleanroom wipers from Berkshire are made of soft 100% meltblown polypropylene. These wipers have exceptionally low levels of fiber, particles and ions. Saturated with 70% semiconductor grade IPA and 30% DIH20, SatPax® 550 wipers are a convenient alternative to spray bottles. They are excellent for residue removal after detergent or disinfectant use.
