High Power 1650nm and 1725nm Laser Diodes

Frankfurt Laser Company has released two new hermetically sealed high-power laser modules in HHL housing featuring integrated TEC, thermistor and monitor photodiodes to stabilise the power output.

The FLO-880 provides a 500mW CW beam in the range of 1610 to 1650nm, and operates at 3A with a 1.25V. Also available is the FLO-950, a 1725nm laser diode. It features a low threshold current of 0.7A, and high slope efficiency, giving excellent reliability.
