iPod nano Giveaway

An iPod nano will be given away every minute on Thursday, June 5, between 10:30 am and 2:30pm. The location is the exposition floor of the MD&M East, Atlantic Design & Manufacturing, Automation Technology Expo East, PLASTEC East, EastPack, and Green Manufacturing shows in the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
How to win: Attendee must be present on the exhibit floor during the promotion. No action is required on the part of the attendee. Winners will be determined by a random selection conducted by the staff of the iPod Squad Team during the hours of promotion. Staff members are positioned in all areas of the exhibit floor and receive random signals when the time for awarding a prize has come. When a staff member receives a signal he or she will select one winner of one prize each time from the eligible attendees present in the immediate vicinity at that time.
Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible attendees. Timing of awards and selection of Winners are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner selections are final. In the event that a selected Winner cannot be identified as an eligible attendee, an alternate Prize Winner may be selected. Attempts to influence the iPod Squad staff will render an attendee ineligible. Examples include but are not limited to: following staff across the show floor; any form of attention-getting or request to be selected; arguing with staff or other attendees; touching of the staff, the prizes and the vehicle/segway, etc.
Who is eligible: All registered attendees of the MD&M East, Atlantic Design & Manufacturing, Automation Technology Expo East, PLASTEC East, EastPack, and Green Manufacturing shows who belong to one of the following attendee categories: Expo Visitor, Expo Guest, Conference Attendees, VIP, and who are present on the show floor during promotion hours are automatically eligible to win. Attendees must carry a color-coded sponsor-issued badge that identifies them as belonging to at least one of the aforementioned attendee categories, and the badge must be in the name of the badge holder. The attendee must also be able to provide as an additional means of identification a business card displaying the name and affiliation which corresponds to the information on the badge. Failure to provide the required identification will render an attendee ineligible. Exhibiting companies and their staff are not eligible to win. Attendees must be 18 (eighteen) years or older at the time of promotion.
Prizes: Prizes are an iPod nano at an approximate market value (AMV) of $150.00 [one hundred fifty]. No substitutions or cash redemptions are permitted. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor, including the implied warranties of merchantability. The Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability: In no event will the sponsor be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, arising out of any access to the iPod Giveaway and Team, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Giveaway.

iPhone Giveaway
Official Rules and Regulations
An iPhone will be given away every hour on the quarter hour beginning at 11:15 am each day and ending at 3:15 pm on June 3 and June 4, and 2:15 pm on June 5. The location is booth #3167 in Hall 3A of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
How to win: Attendee must submit an entry for the promotion between 10:00 am on June 3 and 2:00 pm on June 5. Winners will be determined by a random selection, and their names will subsequently be posted, in booth #3167 in Hall 3A by the Sponsor’s staff. Winners must claim their award in person by the time of the last drawing at 2:15 pm on June 5. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the award.
