One prize will be given away every hour on the half hour beginning at 10:30 am and ending at 3:30 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, September 22-24, 2009. The drawings will be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. How to win: Attendee must submit an entry for the promotion between 10:00 am and 3:30 pm on September 22-24, 2009. Winners and prizes will be determined by a random selection and the winners’ names will be posted in the Grab Bag Giveaway Booth at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center by the Sponsor's staff. Winners must claim their award in person by the time of the last drawing at 3:30 pm on September 24. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the award. |
Who is eligible: All registered attendees of the MD&M Midwest, Design & Manufacturing Midwest, Quality Expo, Assembly Technology Expo, Electronics Midwest, and Green Manufacturing Expo shows who belong to one of the following attendee categories: Expo Visitor, Expo Guest, Conference Attendee, VIP, and who are present on the show floor between 10:00 am on September 22 and 3:30 pm on September 24 are eligible to submit an entry. Each day is a new group of entries so eligible attendees are allowed one entry each day. Attendees must carry a color-coded sponsor-issued badge that identifies them as belonging to at least one of the aforementioned attendee categories, and the badge must be in the name of the badge holder. The attendee must also be able to provide an additional means of identification and a business card displaying the name and affiliation which corresponds to the information on the badge. Failure to provide the required identification will render an attendee ineligible to submit an entry or win an award. Exhibiting companies and their staff are not eligible to win. Attendees must be 18 (eighteen) years or older at the time of promotion.
Prizes: Prizes are a MacBook Air at an approximate market value (AMV) of $1,800.00 [eighteen hundred]; a $500 Best Buy gift card at an approximate market value (AMV) of $500.00 [five hundred]; an iPhone at an approximate market value (AMV) of $400.00 [four hundred]; a $250 Best Buy gift card at an approximate market value (AMV) of $250.00 [two hundred fifty]; or an iPod nano at an approximate market value (AMV) of $150.00 [one hundred fifty]. No substitutions or cash redemptions are permitted. Prizes are awarded "as is." The winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability: In no event will the sponsor be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Giveaway.
