Abstract:
This 3 hour interactive workshop is designed to provide you with the knowledge and tools to make your organization's processes and culture more effective and aligned with business goals. Participants will spend three hours discussing the integral part cultural change plays in the advancement of lean within an organization. It is the intention of the workshop to provide each attendee with the techniques and steps they may immediately apply in their office environment.

Julie Cosich
Julie has been at HUI for over 7 years and currently is the New Business Development/Marketing Director. With over 14 years of manufacturing experience, she has held a variety of positions that include Quality and Human Resource Management. Julie is business graduate of UW-Whitewater. She serves on the WI board for the Association of Manufacturing Excellence and has served on the Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce Business Performance Network.
