ProTable is built using high quality aluminum extrusion with an integrated digital measuring system. A fixed stop at one end and a moving jaw with a DRO allows linear measurements to be made quickly and accurately. Measurements are displayed in Inches, Centimeters or Millimeters.
Dual opposed roller bearings help maintain accuracy of .010 inch (.003 with enhanced accuracy option), and resolution of .001 inch. ProTable can be ordered with special jaw configurations, back fences, movable “V” blocks, wear sheets, legs and wireless data transmitter.

New! Thin compact sensor- The GS-1630 is a compact and lightweight digital linear gauge sensor that can easily be installed in current production equipment and existing fixtures.

This gage was designed to measure dimensions, thickness, curvature, eccentricity, displacement, height, depth, flatness, variation, runnout, roundness, distortion, deflection, and position.

The GS-1630 produces highly accurate measurements to 0.00004 and though out it's full 30 mm measuring range. To add to this sensor's ruggedness, a waterproof seal was added to make it resistance equivalent to IP-64. Automated measurement is also possible by attaching an optional air lifter.

SenSound's SenQC test systems provide accurate noise related quality control and non-contact defect detection through acoustic signatures on the manufacturing line, quickly and without the need for an acoustic enclosure. Identifying the sound output of a product on manufacturing lines is usually impossible in a noisy manufacturing environment without the use of a costly enclosure. YXLON’s Y.CT Compact utilizes computer tomography to provide non-destructive, three-dimensional analysis. A series of X-rays are captured to determine the spatial structure of the test object. These volumes can be virtually cross-sectioned for examination and measurement of internal structures.

The test objects can have dimensions of 335 mm diameter and 30 kg. A rotary table is located between the X-ray tube and the detector and is turned 360° in small pre-defined steps. X-ray tubes are available upto 450 kV.

The line detector offers a resolution of 0.12 mm by 0.25 mm. The scan time is 15 seconds and the first CT picture is delivered in 30 seconds.
