Exact Dosing
Our entire product line series is equipped with our ‘EXACT DOSING SYSTEM”, the patented and well-proven V-Line Processing System accomplishing separation of the Extrusion Plasticizing Phase from the Plunger Injection function (injection into the mold).

Linear Motor Technology
Our proprietary “Linear Motor” Valve accomplishes outstanding acceleration and deceleration performance, and extremely quick and accurate V-P Injection Phase Switchover. Linear motor valves can accurately produce a measurable response time in as little as 2 milliseconds. In a good hybrid system design, mass is reduced by accelerating only a single injection cylinder coupled to the low mass plunger.

A linear motor valve does not use traditional technology to shift a spool. Rather, it literally uses a very precise linear motor to actuate the spool via a direct coupling. This proprietary technology allows for such precise motion that speeds of less than 1mm/sec can be accurately achieved and repeated from shot to shot.

Hybrid Direct Clamping
Clamp actuation is by direct action (NON-TOGGLE) with servo-electric ball screw driven traversing leading to hydraulic clamp tonnage-build. Our machine is a unique hybrid machine design derived of necessity with hydraulic force application for all pressure related machine functions and precise servo-electric control for enhanced traversing motion, speed, and response.
