MESAS® infrared transducer modules are the solution to problems occurring with wired transducer measurement, e.g. measurement of car bodies within the production area. Advantages include no wires, fast and precise measurement results, static and dynamic measurement, plus a wide transmission range—all with existing transducer equipment. Data transmission is accomplished through an “Infrared Network”.

Simply attach the small sender box to your existing transducer—clamp & go. The receiver unit is attached to a computer system, which stores measurement results for further evaluation.

The VSM/SIKO Valve Seat Inspection System offers complete measurement of cylinder heads on the shop floor.
The VSM measures roundness and runout of the guide to the seat while the SIKO measures angle, seat length, angle of the valve seat and position of the gage line on the valve seat verifying if the valve will lie on the seat completely or simply make a line-type seal. Together they offer the ultimate system for all necessary measurements of cylinder heads. The profile of the valve seat is displayed on a monitor, graphic and/or numerical. The actual measurement takes only three seconds!
