An iPod nano will be given away at 15, 30, and 45 minutes past the hour on Thursday, May 8, starting at 10:15 am. The last iPod nano will be given away at 2:45 pm. An iPhone will be given away every hour on the hour beginning at 11:00 am. The last iPhone will be given away at 3:00 pm. The location is booth #5424 in Hall F of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

How to win: Attendee must submit an entry for the promotion between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm on May 8. Winners will be determined by a random selection, and their names will subsequently be posted in booth #5424 by the Sponsor’s staff. Winners must claim their award in person by the time of the last drawing at 3:00 pm on May 8. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the award.

Who is eligible: All registered attendees of the PTXi Process Technology for Industry show, featuring International Powder & Bulk Solids, ChemProcess, PharmaProcess, and ProcessPack, who belong to one of the following attendee categories: Expo Visitor, Expo Guest, Conference Attendees, VIP, and who are present on the show floor between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm on May 8, 2008, are eligible to submit an entry. Attendees must carry a color-coded sponsor-issued badge that identifies them as belonging to at least one of the aforementioned attendee categories, and the badge must be in the name of the badge holder. The attendee must also be able to provide as an additional means of identification a business card displaying the name and affiliation which corresponds to the information on the badge. Failure to provide the required identification will render an attendee ineligible to submit an entry or win an award. Exhibiting companies and their staff are not eligible to win. Attendees must be 18 (eighteen) years or older at the time of promotion.

Prizes: Prizes are an iPod nano at an approximate market value (AMV) of $150.00 [one hundred fifty] and an iPhone at an approximate market value (AMV) of $400.00 [four hundred]. No substitutions or cash redemptions are permitted. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor, including the implied warranties of merchantability. The Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability: In no event will the sponsor be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Giveaway.
