Exhibition & Conference ● May 4 - 6, 2010
Donald E. Stephens Convention Center ● Rosemont (Chicago), IL
After an exciting inaugural year in 2008, PTXi will return in 2010 as the premier processing exposition and conference dedicated to the U.S. and international process industries. Process, production, and manufacturing engineers/managers; plant, operations, facilities, and packaging managers/engineers; and general corporate managers will gather at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center with projects in-hand looking for new suppliers and process solutions.
Held in Chicago, PTXi is of particular interest to the region, which is home to a significant number of processing plants. There are over 4,700 food processing plants, 2,800 chemical processors, and 100 pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in the immediate five-state region. Collectively, these plants employ over 475,000 and generate annual revenues of $203 billion.
The full-featured event provides a market-based, unified perspective on the full range of processing technologies, products, equipment, systems and services while offering dedicated events focusing on powder and bulk solids processing, chemical processing, pharmaceutical processing, and packaging solutions for the processing industries. PTXi offers suppliers the most cost-effective way to reach the entire processing market, while providing buyers and processing engineers with an efficient, one-stop resource for all of their product, equipment and service needs—for every processing industry… and every application.
