Dan Ruble is the VP Sales & Marketing – North America for MATCON, a global manufacturer of IBC-based process solutions and turnkey systems with an emphasis on lean powder processing.  Dan has been working the process equipment industry for close to 15 years with a diverse background in powder handling equipment. 

Bren Kindelsperger, President, Readco Kurimoto LLC

Bren Kindelsperger has been the President of Readco Kurimoto, LLC in York, PA since 1996. Prior to this position Mr. Kindelsperger was the President of Teledyne Landis Machine in Waynesboro, PA, a manufacturer of machinery and perishable tools for the treading industry. Mr. Kindelsperger received his B.S. from the University of Louisville and his MBA and Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma. He a co-author of the article Structuring Foods by the Continuous Process published in 2007.

Delmar Schmidt, National Sales Manager, Melfi Technologies

Delmar Schmidt develops PLC-based control systems for gravimetric feeding, and has worked both directly and as an outside representative for the major feeder manufacturers. He is the National Sales Manager for Melfi Technologies, a control systems integrator specializing in dynamic weighing systems for powder and bulk solids handling.
